Our Process

At SSRH we have a three step process that enables us to carry out robust social research.

Step 1: Research

We conduct in-depth interviews with frontline workers, stakeholders, and clients, aiming to gather their insights and experiences related to a social initiative.

We cater to your preferences and can conduct our interviews in person, virtually, through online forms or written personal statements. We want to remove any barriers that prevent access to insights.

Step 2: Analyse

We gather key data and insights from the interview stage, mapping out patterns, figures and findings

We employ a wide variety of research methods to ensure we accurately capture the impact of social initiatives in Scotland.

Step 3: Report

We create comprehensive reports that explain the results of your social initiative.

These offer an overview of the helpful learnings and propose ideas for future steps that can leverage the success of a social initiative moving forward.

Reports can assist charities with their funding applications, internal records and business plans.
